On Thursday, November 13, 2003, one of the publishers of this website received a threatening phone call originating from the Marina Hills clubhouse.

On Friday, November 14, the following letter was sent to the association's attorney, the Law Office of Richard Tinnelly.

(On Friday, November 21, a reponse to this letter was received)





  Caller ID screen shows the criminal phone threat was made from 949-495-2621, the fax machine of the Marina Hills clubhouse. The phone call was made on 11/13/2003 1t 2:17 P.M.; the call lasted 1 minute and 8 seconds.    
          A Deputy from the Laguna Niguel Police Department came out on 11-13-03 and took police report number 03-242925.    

Reaction to this letter:

Monday, November 17, 2003: Mr. Tinnelly called and acknowledged the receipt of the above letter.

Thursday, November 20, 2003: Mr. Tinnelly called and indicated that he was preparing a response letter.

Friday, November 21, 2003: Response letter was received by fax.
