Term Limits for the Directors of the Marina Hills Board
On Tuesday, January 13, 2004, during the monthly Board Meeting, Hans Strupat, on behalf of more than 5% of the Marina Hills homeowners, publicly presented the "Term Limit Petition" to the Marina Hills Board.

The Marina Hills homeowners expect the Board of Directors to call the Special meeting by February 2, 2004.
