As of the mailing of this newsletter on March 5, 2004, it appears that Szwajkos/Dry/Wilson/Tinnelly/Keystone rule gets more undemocratic:

  • The Directors acknowledge that they have received the homeowners' petitions and they state that it would be "undemocratic" to let homeowners vote on term limits. Therefore they are officially ignoring the term limit petition, that was signed by more than 100 Marina Hills homeowners.
