In my letter from November 14, 2003, to the Law Offices of Richard Tinnelly, I has requested the name of the insurance company providing 'Errors and Omissions' insurance to the Board of Directors for the Marina Hills Planned Community Association.

In the response letter written by Mr. Tinnelly on behalf of the Board, this question was not answered!

Reaction to this letter:

This letter was faxed to the Law Offices of Mr Tinnelly on Tuesday, November 25, 2003.

As of Friday, November 28, 2003, no response has been received.

On December 3, 2003, Mr. Tinnelly stated verbally: "Mr. Strupat, you are in no position to set any timeline for me!"

Asa of Saturday, December 13, 2003, response has been received.
