Commingling of Services
On Friday, December 5, 2003, a worker from Villa Park Landscape Services, within a 10-minute time frame, was observed to work both in the private backyard of the house of one of the Directors on the Board as well as on the common ground of the Marina Hills fountains.
The following letter requests an explanation of the commingling of services and requests an answer to a number of questions regarding a growing concern about misappropriation of Marina Hills HOA services and/or funds.

No response to the issues and questions in the letter has been received as of January 21, 2004.
On January 31, after six weeks, a response to the above the letter was
received.
