On November 1, 2004, the Board of Directors, send out term limit election propaganda materials to every Marina Hills homeowner. Please find below a reprint of the two-sided letter. This letter states the opinion of the five Board members, yet the letter was apparently sent out using Marina Hills Recreation Center resources and funds from the Keystone Pacific postage meter. Please ask the Directors whether they are using our money for their benefits.

On November 2, 2004, Keystone Pacific, at the "Direction of the Board of Directors", sent out additional term limit election propaganda materials to every Marina Hills homeowner, again stating the opinion of the Board of Directors and voting recommendations for the upcoming term limit election. This letter also includes a return envelope to Keystone Pacific – an effort to preempt the collection of votes by SaveMarinaHills.

This return envelope was mailed (at a cost of at least $1,200) to all homeowners to "preserve the integrity of the vote count."

Please read the September 2004 issue of the SaveMarinaHills newsletter to find out the truth of voting integrity.
